It was a great honour for the Comm ando Association and Royal Mariunes Association members to be invited to attend the Clan Cameron Gathering at Achnacarry on Saturday 4th August 2024.
Despite the occasional rainstorm, members of the Scott Sutherland Project Team and supporters, received dozens of visitors and were encouraged gto share the details of the project tyo one and all. The information generated considerable intereest and the opportunity to share and discuss the objectives were considerable.
Members of the team had the opportunity to meet Clan Chief Donald Cameron (Locheil) whom showed considerable interest in the project.
Severla donations have subsequently been received in support of completing the Leaping Salmon statue.
